Victim Impact Panel
A Victim Impact Panel (VIP) is a volunteer group of DWI victims and surviving family members who speak to audiences about the life altering consequences of impaired driving.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office provides Victim Impact Panels for those mandated to attend. If you have previously attended a Livingston County Sheriff’s Office Victim Impact Panel you are prohibited from attending our panel again.
Registration is mandatory, you will not be allowed in to the panel if you have not registered. You are not registered until registration and payment has been received by the Livingston County Sheriff's Office. Registration and payment of $25 must be received the Wednesday prior to the panel date you select to attend, panel fee is non-refundable. SPACE IS LIMITED.
You are required to be present no later than 6:30 pm with the Victim Impact Panel beginning at 7:00 pm sharp, no one will be admitted late.
No one under the influence of of alcohol or mood altering substances will be allowed to attend.

Panels are held at the Livingston County Campus at Murray Hill Dr. in Mount Morris, New York.
