Livingston County Sheriff's Office Dog Control

Our Dog Control is a municipal no-kill shelter. We are dedicated to the well-being of every dog in our care. Staffed 7 days a week by two highly trained deputies and a full-time clerk, we prioritize the health and happiness of our furry friends. Our deputies enforce NYS Agriculture and Market laws, as well as local ordinances pertaining to dogs. Our team also takes care of any veterinarian appointments as well as the socialization and exercise of dogs in our care. We are committed to helping the dogs find their forever home by facilitating adoptions. Together we strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for all canines in our community. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for announcements and adoption updates, click the link!
